My specialty is working with individuals who are dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues and PTSD/trauma. I firmly believe that no one should have to go through life's challenges alone. I provide a non-judgmental environment where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings. My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic, attachment based, somatic focused, and trauma informed. In addition to ten years of experience as a therapist, I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and I am EMDR trained. I will always collaborate with you to tailor treatment to fit your unique needs. The focus of our work will be to understand the root of your suffering and how that is affecting your mind, body and everyday life. This allows for healing to happen as we work together to change and "rewire" how you navigate difficult feelings without becoming overwhelmed, which improves your ability to deal with the ups and downs that life throws your way.
